How we work

• We are a project-based manufacturing business, not a walk-in retail store. We are not always on site and do not operate regular counter-sale hours, so all collections must be arranged in advance.
• Orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday–Friday are generally available the following business day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Friday are generally available Tuesday.
• Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a calendar invitation to book your collection time, so we can ensure that the appropriate team member and, where required, a forklift operator are available to assist.
