  • PMMA can be recycled, although recycling facilities specifically for PMMA are not as widespread.
  • When incinerated, PMMA produces carbon dioxide and water vapor without the release of toxic gases.
  • Many industries reuse PMMA scrap in-house, converting it back into a polymer and making new products.

 

Storage and Handling:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals.
  • Handle with care to avoid scratching or marring the surface.
